The market decides what the right price is. It's a bit like putting a property up for auction, when a takeover offer is on the table any interested parties will come out of the woodwork and make a higher bid for fear of missing out. No-one came to this auction, with only one bid on the table this appears to be the most CNW shareholders can expect. If WCG walks, expect the price to return whence it came.
