@freetime77, hard to address your points when I'm not a member of the Cirrus board or management team. I'm but a lowly shareholder trying to make sense of the situation.
I've chosen to look at it through a different lens and when comparing the 2 options - I can't see what possible value WCG can bring to the table. Furthermore, they throw a lot of dirt for a company whose own backyard could do with a little tidying up.
It all feels a little opportunistic from where I stand.
