Shareholdrs have a decision to decide if either number is suitable in referfence to their personal valuation and then just sit in the queue to transact . To move a pip in current situation CCE has to move 15 million at a pip. Ie it has to announce something that would create in shareholders minds a extra 15mill in value that shareholders would be happy to pay up for. .003 market cap 45 million

After consolidation the equivalent numbers ( same market cap) are 5c and 10 cents - same market caps however you can trade the pips inbetween. The warning here is that it can trade under 5c where it couldn't trade before - that is the risk without a stimulus , announcements better market sentiment towards CCE.

This is all preparation to raise capital IMO. Lets see what news they can do and what number they settle at to raise sometime in future.

Dillution will be the same as IMO I don;t see the costs of a retail issue justified with such a small market cap so then at the mercy of 708 investors ( pump it up , turn over their ssued shares for a pip or 2 and then if avaliable even short awaiting pending lack of support unless CCE can find a cornerstone investor to create stability.
