Agree but consolidation should be later down the track. We are at the bottom now and cant go any lower. You are correct previous company correspondence has stated revenue will be from licensing or similar nature. So the company may know that they only have 12 months of cashflow and want to secure years 2-3 now. I would be curious to see who sells after consolidation (if successful) as the only beneficiaries are probably the ones issues shares below 0.002. The release from the company for its reasons for consolidation was fluff and no substance.
