The market cap doesn't change
The number of shares does
It just allows a different pip value
Some brokers convince companies that they won't be seen as a penny dreadful if they consolidate
They do this in general while offering them services leading to raising. Their clients don't like confetti issuers.

Lets be honest about the history here
IMO management issued massive numbers of shares and options after having paid themselves very well and done a failed strategy.
They need cash to move forward
They are hoping a small amount of good publicity whith launch of barge and further " progress" overseas at wave trila sites will pop teh consolidated share price and they can get a issue away. They are hoping taht there will be enough time between consolidation to get shareholders to forget consolidation.

It is a shell game only to advantage traders and brokers a smarket cap remains unchanged underneath- it is perception if they are to get any partners overseas interested in participating with $ and kind or convertibles

This one step before last throw of dice spiral debt IMO if they can't ride the "green wave"

All just my thoughts. - lets see what happens - market cap 31 mill today at .2c 50 tpo 1 means 10cents

At ,2 cents theres is only downside to .1c and zero as opposed to 10c where there 1/10 pips all the way downor possibly up..
