This has been discussed since a month or more.
If you did not recieve any mail, maybe you should have called up. You need to be proactive mate.
Also, this would have been a bulk mail, so letters would have been posted almost all together within a few days.
Is your mail being delivered in time ?
The free shares and Diablo listing is still not done, should show up in a few days.
