    Agree with your sentiments. The strike price for the options should be minimum $1.50 for anything issued before the end of 2021.
    Above $2.00 for any shares issued in 2022 (let's say strike price $2.50), $3.50 strike for calendar 2023.
    None of this 3 month trailing average price, to be used for a strike price!!! IMHO. Would such an arrangement
    encourage people to keep the price low??? Is it just me, is that how the
    memorandum could be interpreted ???
