GeneralResolution 11 seeks shareholder approval to undertake a consolidation of the number of Shares on issue on thebasis that every fifty (50) Shares held be consolidated into one (1) (Consolidation). Similarly, the number of Optionsand Performance Rights on issue will be consolidated on the basis that every fifty (50) Options and PerformanceRights held will be consolidated into one (1) Option and Performance Right. The exercise price of the Options andPerformance Rights will be amended in inverse proportion to the consolidation ratio.
So if it gets up that's what it will be.
