I see it as more like a reverse takeover than an acquisition. Stock rather than cash going out the door. The project vendors don't get instantly rich, but they get access to capital for exploration of their projects. Which later on hopefully makes them rich. Still, fully diluted market cap of ~$23m post everything. A lot for the current state of play, but not much for the potential in my view. I see the risk/reward as a bit skewed - and not in the direction you do - but that's why we have a market!
