If Terminated, their will be egm or more likely at the next shceduled meeting it will be put to vote
Is it a lot of shares as an incentive.... it depends on the perpective. ASO pays $140k to 250K salary to these people, which is not a lot relative to some of it peers, who gets even better incentives.
It really depends what they brought to the table
