    This offer is doomed for failure, why does Zhaojin just admit defeat and withdraw its offer?

    Answer: typical obstinate behaviour from a company based in China under a the control of political forces that cannot abide being stood up to or losing face...

    I urge all holders to throw the offer in the bin.
