Did they not get the full $3 mill they aimed for last month, or did they miscalculate how much they needed? Doesn't inspire confidence either way, and a lack of explanation as to why they need to do a CR so soon after the last one verges on contempt.

The timing of the announcement on a black swan day is interesting... Who's going to notice a drop in the sp amongst all that red?

One wonders who in their right mind would subscribe to the Offer, given that from the looks of things we can just wait a week or two and pick up as many shares as we like for 13 cents or so

If it goes sub 14 I'll pick up more.
