I have the right to raise the questions about the capability of the company.

If the company is making asx releases that are purporting to be letters to shareholders and then not sending them to shareholders, that is then a matter for the asx to investigate.

Such matters in years gone by have been the subject of investigation by the asx and asic.

If it is just a lost piece of mail, then fine, but if they are not sending them out but giving the impression that they are, well that is treating holders and the investing public with contempt.
