but to know someone’s details and to then use said details to “canvas” them, could potentially be a breach of privacy.
As far as I am aware, I have never consented for any of my holdings, to disclose my details to anyone else but ASIC.
Rather uncomfortable if it happened to me, which it wouldn’t. Perhaps it is an agreement or rights waived with the persons broker.
