re: Ann: Letter to Shareholders - Share Purch... my reading of that is the instos get $3.8M of shares and the SPP get $6.2M. The spp aplications were well over $6.2M so have to be cut back, probably to a fixed % of what was requested but with the proviso that no SPP applicant will get less than 1000 shares.
Badly worded so you are going to have to wait to see what you end up getting.
