The situation is if you had over 1,000 shares at the record date and applied for more than $1,000 worth then you will get 91.75% of what you applied for. I honestly forget what the situation was for those with less than 1,000 shares at record date, I assume it doesn't apply to many people but then again if you sold down in anticipation maybe it does. The refund cheques will be for the 8.25% of the allocation we missed out on.
