I feel this is a missed opportunity for current shareholders but a big tick for mgt.
If people get their maximum SPP, just 66 holders x$15k can gobble up the $1m. I don't think we can get all our 205k shares, it will be oversubscribed and they might reduce our allocation.
Management can raise again next month at 15 cents. There you go, they'd get more money for less shares.
It looks like this is just jerko's way of giving away a small gift to the HC cheer squad.
Not a really serious CR imo given were now a much bigger mcap than 8 weeks ago.
