Don't mail anything if you pay via bpay. You have a unique biller reference, which will identify you as the payer and allocate shares accordingly. If you pay $15,000, they will allocate 81k shares to your HIN after 18 May, unless it's oversubscribed, in which case they'll organise separately to have the surplus funds deposited into your account (I'm not sure how they'll do that, but I'm sure they'll explain, if it's oversubscribed).
