Well, i can be sure the 1 share bot owner will not worry so much about $15k. They have a much bigger $$ in their mind.
Make it 1 step further BODs, (if it is way oversubscribe), please consider the following:
1. Have not sell any shares 1 week prior to the CR ann
2. Instead of selling, buying some more
3. The length of holding
4. Trading activities to sort out day traders etc.
5. After the above, earlier payers get priority? (Disclaimer: i only processed mine last night)
