    I think that the shareprice will not retreat back to the offer price, in this case, as I think that DYE are stronger now than they were in recent times.
    With the gap now basically filled in the 90c - 95c area I think they will give a quick gain to those holders who are eligible to take up the offer.
    There is still a small unfilled gap at around 86c but I doubt that it will be a worry.
    Cash is king and that they will now have.
