VOTE NO TO THE 2 RESOLUTIONS.
This Board needs to be sent a clear message that they need to resign and are not capable of running this company!
They have done 2 CAP raisings for the last 12 months @19 cents and 14 cents with the 14 cent only raising $1M and now they give sophisticated investors a 6 sent share for shares only a few months ago paid 14 cent in that cap raise. They have such a good asset of low lying gold reserves why do they need to do this!
Vote No now before its too late!!
