Appears to be becoming the usual now as numerous Companies this year all raised money with same criteria of min $1000- $2000 & max $15000 per Shareholder (maybe is to appease smaller Shareholders who feel that the SIs get given all the options...) If you have Shares in other Accounts like a Superfund can get $30k.

I believe many choose this method now so don't have to actually name a CR price & cop criticism for the price they chose as Shares usually always retrace down to or below the price they state so am assuming are trying to avoid that scenario.....though that didn't work here as still went down...in morose state seeing it under 1c now & it's not us selling 3.5M of them either (anyone know how many the previous Directors have got left..?)
If we had spare money to burn we would be crazy enough to buy them all so could halve our average down but unfortunately don't have a brass razoo to buy any more Shares at present but odds are good for everyone else because if we don't participate it is usually a certain bet that they will go up....is 2016 going to be mega?
