I don't think it is true to say that IVX is in a weak position at the negotiating table. I concede they are short of cash. However they are now, hopefully, negotiating with strong partners. Provided there is more than one interested party and our merchant bankers do their job, the financial position of IVX does not come into the equation. The major pharmas all have a lot of cash cows coming off patent and are desperate for replacements. We have the results on the board and will see strong completion for the property we now own. The market now refuses to fund IVX going forward, but that will no longer matter.
