All this discussion is very interesting, but the reality is that the company is cash strapped and investors have stopped listening to the dribble of good news that the company has to tell. Further cr will only dilute the share price that hasn't got far to go down further. Then what, a share consolidation so they can go through the cycle again to raise the cash that they will need for the ongoing development? Unless they announce some partenership deals soon big companies will be able to pick up the assets in a firesale.
