No need to state how much they are looking to raise, because they will likely take whatever they can get, which won't be much. So glad I bailed again on this one. There's so many quality stocks out there that u can earn your losses back on, e.g NOR up 120% on my purchase a week ago. It's simply unbelievable that there's another raising happening at these levels, when there are supposed to be partners circling. UNS is in a similar situation where they are out of money yet are sitting on very valuable IP (and in the case of UNS, valuable contracts), but at least management have stated there are several parties interested in taking a position in the company or the whole thing, and have got Morgan Stanley to review their options. What have IVX declared other than rumours of discussions taking place...it's clear they need a large injection of capital or a takeover. What's the plan management? The can keeps getting kicked down the road. I hope that white knight arrives for you loyal long termers, but surely if it was almost a done deal they would find another way to get through to the deal other than a SPP at these prices...they could start with dropping their salaries to $0 (like the CEO of UNS has done)
