I don't see it as a reward to loyal shareholders at all...Jonny come lately is the winner being able to buy for 0.011 on market. Have a look at how NEU raised money just recently, at slightly above market price, and a decent amount from a major holder. IVX doesn't have a major holder who is supporting this company. Look at 1Pg for the perfect example of how to raise capital - both times they raised at above market price, to institutions, and without the need for brokers and therefore no fees involved. When u have something the market really wants, u can get the money u need...anyway that's all from me. I just don't like seeing this disgraceful dilution continue
