Saturday ramblings:
1. BTR is a diverse and scattered collection of assets.
2. Project risk is presently exceptionally high.
3. Funding is hard to get as a consequence.
4. Company statements are always forward-looking and optimistic.
5. There has been some toll treatment to generate cash and apparently more will occur.
5. Share price will stagnate so long as revenue flows are not well understood in relation to development/projects.
Conclusion: please can the company do a month by month or even quarter by quarter analysis showing reasonable revenue expectations against the proposed development plans. If we and others can be relatively assured that cash and cost are aligned it’s going to be much easier to invest.
