Ann: Letter to Shareholders - Upcoming General Meeting, page-3

I will be voting no to all resolutions. It is about time these people spent some of their time doing something useful. A bit of information on what has happened in the last month would be a start. The last report giving any meaningful information was 9th April. We had an announcement on 13th May telling us they were about to do something - commence drilling at Pioneer Dome. We have to look at the releases of our JV partners to get any useful information about our gold JVs. I think it is time shareholders expressed their dissatisfaction and put directors on notice that they have to show some performance before asking for more options. They have yet to perform sufficiently for any of the options issued to date to be exercised. Vote no. As to the name change, my only question is "Why?" I don't believe the short sentence supporting the move is any answer to my question.
