After current bod lost the $19mil , if the message is not sent loud and clear to them that they have failed in their duty of care (which they had none anyways) and fiduciary responsibilities - this will set a very bad precedent.
The world surely has not run out of genuinely capable and morally ethical people such that we still need the current bod around?
Fact that there are people who thinks the new proposed Directors will be worst than current bod is just comical and a farce.
Yes new board are worst when it comes to losing $19mil cash and telling us they dont know what happened or were not invovled? Really?
