Report what?? Unfortunately, it is all legit. They are able to do this. That is what the Injuction Clee was trying to get would have prevented. It hasn't been announced to market as yet, but my source is usually reliable.
It is blatantly obvious why they would do this just a few days out. Means there is almost no time to lodge any type of application to ASX asking for shares from the raise not to be included for the EGM.
Just another example of corporate triumphing over the small guy. Doesn't mean we've lost though. Aaron has about 5M shares and a few other directors have a few million between them, so if everyone still votes who want the BOD out, we can still get the numbers - but people have to vote.
