its like saying yes they stole your money but I was looking under the table for my pen when it happened . heads need to roll like any other successful companies do. get rid of the I don't know person and bring in someone that does know. asleep at the wheel doesn't excuse anything but raises questions on how did he graduate? seriously Jims mowing operator would of done better.
