Somehow it looks super suspicious for the loan agreement without interest, lapsed payment, excuses on mom's cancer. Loan from AD who's been charged. Doesn't it look more like an afterthought, that the loan agreement was made up in a rush before our financial illiterate CEO realised it shouldn't have been interest free and lapsed. Written all over the walls.
