I've gotten flack for this but I still see Aaron as adorably financially illiterate, rather than a specific bad actor.
Also, for those that haven't read the Affidavits and have the idea that Ken was fired as a mutually assured destruction type deal, (because this announcement still only references the transfer of funds) he also fired people (he has no authority to do this) including his own sister in law and promised they would be paid 3 months of salary. IMO these people were his internal cronies.
The current BOD is trying really hard to smear Clee as being money hungry but.. uh.. the actions and inaction of the current BOD have affected Clees customers perspective of Clees expertise. They're going to be aggressive.
Funny for a company that clearly understands the value of reputation.
