re: Ann: Letter to Shareholders - Update on T... NHC is likely to be patient and see how the market reacts to various announcements. Clearly there is strategi value for NHC and well well within price affordability.
They might make a "knockout" increase, however what and when? Highly unlikely they will increase before any formal response from NEC.
Took my position post offer as a short-term spec.
