    I expect it's not the remaining tenements but Deferred Tax Asset which make this an attractive shell for Sage and Co.
    I'd expect the substantial losses would make for a very nice Tax asset.

    For this to be useful the company filling the shell would have to be expecting to make a profit.
    I'll be watching.
