Mr Howes refers to me as 'our allegedly allegedly Independent Chairman'.I was appointed to the Board to act as an independent director and Chairman and I have always acted as, and remain, an independent director and Chairman of the company. I do not place the interests of SGH ahead of the interests of company shareholders as a whole."

What I do not understand is how can he,Ian Smith,can be Independent whilst sitting on ENG Board and might be getting remuneration?
My vote is Against (Big NO).
