You are in a very unusual position Oze Wolverine if the current proposed buyback is worth $1.50 to you. By all means do what is best for you. I agree that a lowball buyback like that proposed makes sense for all shareholders, however, I still want an independent director in place to review the books and management.


All the numbers quoted by expert reports etc exclude franking credits whilst Kinghorn always includes them.

Kinghorn has said publicly he will abstain from the buyback (although it will be interesting to see if he changes his mind). If so the buyback will be voted down.

Unfortunately you can never assume with RHG Management.
