The only reason Kinghorn has had a change of heart is because he feels threatened.

If you vote for the buy back and enough shareholders get out and he holds up at the vote for the new directors what makes you think he wont get you later on. When will further payments be made? Who decides this. The same person that was willing to put us through this last time

And what about looking after all shareholders. The uniformed, whom will get sucked in by the buyback ,Dont we have a responsibility to our fellow shareholders , particularily when we are up against the current board
