wow! It says it all the the letter really.

The current board is a joke, however the new proposed board of nobodies is unlikely to be better. Two of them are based overseas and have no exposure to Aus (one of them is a managment consultant!).

Whatever the outcome - it's a poor position for the shorterm for MZI. A spill is the last thing MZI needs, rather than spending time and money on the day-to-day business the focus is now on PR and people trying to keep their jobs. Sell while you can.
