I have to disagree. IMF is promoting litigation publically so surely BAu can challenge its validity and force an outcome. It is unacceptable to have a litigation threat looming for an extended period. It's bad business.
I emailed BAu however no one has so far written back. Their happy to write a 3 page letter two days later excluding any mention of the one thing I and a whole bunch of other shareholders and observers want an answer on. Disappointing to say the least.
Maybe they really do have something to hide?
