the only one promoting litigation is pussinboots, i have not seen or heard of anything new, and IMF's web page has not been updated to include BAU in either Current or completed cases.

Im not suprised BAU have not writen back to you.
They could not and would not devulge such matters unless they made the market aware before hand.

Pussinboots posts about litigation coming where taken off by HC as he could not prove his words.
Since then IMF has taken the pack off and put it back on again aswell as Downer edi (that company also has been on and off their Web page a few times).

I dont like this either but if BAU has received nothing, there is not much they can do about it. I agree the threat of litigation is not helping the SP, but thats all it is to this point "a threat".
