I cant see how Lion will get 51% without a significant increase in the bid. Now they are on register with a big chunk of cash invested and bidding they will do what it takes to get there. It's just a matter of how much they have to pay. 2 for 9 is likely just a starting offer - unless it's stampeded by shareholders which must be very unlikely.
