Ann: Letter to Shareholders , page-3

Does anybody know if there is much of a cost involved to the company if they have to go through the process of compulsory acquisition...guess I am wondering if they will raise the on market buying towards the end if their threats fall on deaf ears. I imagine it is the same cost to mop up 1% as it is 8%.
