As mentioned in my post, I have first hand experience with these funders. I have watched them come onboard, then their constant dilution and share sales have lost 90% of the SP's value, taking the stock down to .1 of a cent. Then they come back to you when you are down on your knees and say we will not advance you another cent unless you consolidate.

Your management is clearing the path for this funding arrangement because the know they have no other capital raising options....who else will subscribe for shares?

The funders wont touch ISN right now because they can see that they are only a few ticks away from .1c...and then their model is frozen stuck.

If I ever find myself in a stock that makes a deal with the devil like this again, I will be selling my entire holding the moment it is announced...as I am sure many will do come Monday IMO.
