You are correct Onshow. In fact Kiril was very opposed to it and a proposed share consolidation. As a major shareholder he was instrumental in defeating the share consolidation and no doubt influenced the existing board to appoint him. It's why I mentioned earlier, is their any chance HC posters will unite to defeat the consolidation?

Or is it at the point where we need the money and clearly sp wont go up in short term, so we really need to approve the consolidation?
