    BDO were the same company that did the 'Independent Experts' report for the AAG transaction. How are they going to go justifying the price for this transaction when they assess AAG shares/CMPG value at $76m 12 months ago?

    What a joke!

    Hope someone with deep enough pockets will take them on.
