This type of letter could easily be accompanied by a few "unaudited" financial updates to either manage expectations or get any bad news out of the way. But not here - instead the speculation will continue. Managing customer expectations is similar.
A strategic transformation focused on the customer might sound good but it's the corporate transformation is what is missing after missing out on DJs. A strategic partnership with a leading international chain that has not already set up in Aus will do the trick.
