Its a public offer so a few non holders might buy in. Though given that there are about 300 shareholders and most would need to subscribe it may be an ask. I might tip in a minimum amount but haven't decided.
I have wondered if CVE could sell their interest in the tenements, a price of $3m would currently return 10c/share, apparently that's not possible ? Not enough competition perhaps.
