Dropouts are normal, everyone has different tollerance for treatments, its certainly not unique to any ailment or treatment - in the last BIT trial, i believe all of the patients were treatment naive, hence they may have reacted to that old SOC rather than BIT
So long as it is not a material proportion of dropouts, we are good. Last trial we were good - therefor the odds are weighted in our favor in the current trial. That is all an investor has to base a decision on, anything else is pesimistic speculations right?
