    Hi futurenow

About 3 years ago I held 400,000 MGZ. I would sometimes ring the company secretary. I asked to see a sample syringe and despite a few reassuring statements they would send me one ... they never did. I later pulled my money out [and of course lost it on something else]. Then, I saw in one of their announcements that Sol Millenium had re-engineered the design using a plastic which retained the vacuum. That unsettled me .... because in all of my discussions, while I was a holder, there was never any hint that there was an issue about the vacuum. In hindsight it told me they went to market with an unfinished, not market ready item. I still watch the company but it kind of lost me after that.

That is probably no longer an issue .... but before I would consider buying back in I would really want to understand the commercial relationship which now exists with Sol Millenium. SM owns a big chunk of the company and I would want to be assured that there won't be a change of control sometime down the track.

I basically like their product ideas and I also give the management a lot of credit for not pulling money out of the company but instead have nursed it and kept it alive. Whether or not they can make a commercial go of it is another matter.
